A Note from the Organizers

Hi! We're Austin, Alex, and Pratyush — three friends who wanted to turn a love of pickleball into something meaningful for our community. For Austin and Pratyush, this event also serves as our CAS (Creativity, Activity, Service) Project through the IBDP program.

We're so grateful for your participation and can't wait to see you on the court. Thank you!

About the Event

Overview

This pickleball tournament is an opportunity to enjoy a great sport and make a difference in our community. All proceeds go directly to Special Olympics.

Open to all skill levels — beginners and competitors are equally welcome. This is our first year running this event, so your patience and support mean a lot to us.

How It Works

Format

Matches use standard pickleball scoring — one set to 15, win by 2 — keeping things moving throughout the day.

New to pickleball? We recommend watching a quick tutorial online beforehand.

"Our mission is to provide year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, giving them continuing opportunities to develop physical fitness, demonstrate courage, experience joy and participate in a sharing of gifts, skills and friendship."
